The challenge

Prospective students met an outdated website, and admissions ran on paper forms and bank tellers. The college had no clean record of who had applied, who had paid and who had been admitted.

What we built on their data

We rebuilt the public site and put admissions online: an applicant fills the form, pays the form fee or uploads proof, and only then is the application submitted. Behind it the college manages programmes, intakes, fees and results, and edits its own site content.

We saw that the college's website wasn't serving it well, so we rebuilt it from the ground up as pro bono work. We don't only work for the organisations that can pay the most; we look for projects where we can give back.
