Data Druid Tech Services is a decision intelligence company. We help enterprises, businesses of every size, government and development partners make decisions with the data they already have. If the data isn't there yet, we build the system that collects it, analyses it and presents it plainly, whatever your technical strength.

Our story

Data Druid Tech Services Limited was registered on 13 October 2025 (RC 8918433). It started at an uncertain moment: a contract that might not be renewed. What was certain was that the skills behind it were skills people needed and could not easily get. Data Druid exists to change that, and to help people and organisations, whatever their status, reach digital independence.

We are a small team of three, and we work with partner companies when a project needs more hands. We have built systems for government, development partners, agriculture and education, and we give back through pro bono work and training.

Discover and scope

We start with how your organisation actually works — operations, data, constraints, and the decision the system has to support. We name the threat surface in the same breath. You leave with a written scope, a delivery plan, and a fixed view of what done looks like.

Build on the right stack

We engineer the system around your processes, not a template — data systems, software, analytics or GIS, delivered on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. APIs and middleware keep it interoperable with what you already run.

Secure and instrument

Security by design, not a closing checkbox: least-privilege access, encryption where it matters, audit logging, and penetration testing before launch. We instrument the system so you can see it running and measure it.

Hand over and support

We hand over to people who can run the system without us — documentation, training and capacity-building — then keep it healthy under clear SLAs. We reply within one business day.
